SwifDoo PDF for Android supports the following systems:
Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher: This includes most devices running modern versions of Android, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of smartphones and tablets.
Open the Google Play on your Android device.
In the search bar, enter "SwifDoo PDF."
Find the SwifDoo PDF app and tap the “Get” button to download it.
Once the download is complete, tap “Install” and wait for the installation to finish.
After installation, you can find and open the app from your home screen.
Alternatively, You can download and install USwifDoo PDF for Android by clicking the following button to Get it on Google Play directly.
Log In to SwifDoo PDF on Android to access full features and get a fast and seamless experience with the app. If you do not log in, you will encounter the following limitations:
Reading and Auto-Page Turning: Allows reading and auto-page turning but does not support PDF reflow.
Text-to-Speech: Does not support text-to-speech functionality.
Conversion Limitations: Does not allow conversion between PDF and other file formats.
Compress PDF: Allows selection of compression quality but does not support save file compressed.
Security Features: without password not guaranteed Face ID for app security.
To Log In for a SwifDoo PDF account on Android, follow these steps:
Way 1:
Open the SwifDoo PDF app on your Android device. At the bottom, select "Settings." Once you're on the settings page, the first option at the top is "Log In." You can enter your email and then your password/verification code to log in.
Tips: Note that your account is synchronized with the one on the official website, so if you have an account there, you can log in directly. The account you log into here can also be accessed on the website to check your membership status in the user center.
Way 2:
Still on your Android device, open the SwifDoo PDF app, and then click the "Free Trial" button at the top right. Choose the plan that suits you, and the app will automatically activate without requiring a license. The account used will be your Google Play account registered on your phone.
SwifDoo PDF allows you to create PDFs from various sources and file types:
From File: Open existing documents (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TXT) directly from your phone’s storage into PDFs.
From Photos: Open PDF by selecting one or multiple images from your photo library and combining them into a single PDF document.
From Computer: Import files from your computer or cloud storage to create a PDF on your mobile device.
Create from Scan: Use your camera to scan physical documents and compile them into a PDF, ideal for digitizing paper documents.
Create Blank: Start with a blank PDF and add annotations or drawings, offering a flexible tool for creating custom documents.
Import a PDF:
Tap the + icon in the bottom right corner to import a PDF file.
View Settings:
Tap the ... icon in the top right corner of the screen, then tap View Settings. Here, you can change the PDF vertical and horizontal and select from many colors to changed the background. Once you’ve finished adjusting the view settings, return to the home screen.
Available Features:
Reflow PDF: This feature helps improve readability by adjusting the PDF layout, font size, and spacing to fit your screen.
Read: This text-to-speech engine converts text into audio and reads the PDF aloud. You can adjust the reading speed and pitch to suit your preferences.
Auto Page: Help you automatically advances the pages of your PDF document as you read. it's designed to enhance your reading experience by smoothly transitioning from one page to the next without manual input. It can be particularly useful for hands-free reading or when you want to maintain a continuous flow without interruption.
SwifDoo PDF for Android provides 14 annotation tools to help you mark up text, add shapes, and take notes on PDF documents. You can change the color and other properties of the annotations anytime.
Text markup: You can use highlighter, strikethrough, underline, and squiggly line tools to mark up text.
Drawing tool: The pencil, marker pen, and eraser enable you to draw freely on a PDF file.
Comment: Typewriter and sticky note tools are excellent for adding comments to a PDF file.
Stamp: You can choose from a list of predefined stamps and create or upload your own PDF stamp.
Shape: Draw rectangles, lines, arrows, and ovals on PDF pages with ease.
Open the App
Launch the SwifDoo PDF app on your Android device.
Access the Conversion Features
In the main interface, tap the “Tools” tab to access the conversion features.
Select the Conversion Format
On the conversion page, choose the format you want to convert to. SwifDoo PDF supports the following conversion options:

Converting from PDF to Other Formats
Select the file formats you want to convert option.
Tap “On this phone” and select the PDF document
Once the conversion is done, the generated file will be saved with the same name. You can find this file in “Files” > “On this phone” > “Tasks.”
Converting Other Formats to PDF
From Images:
Tap the “From Images” option.
Choose one or more images from your device’s gallery (supports JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, etc.).
Select Export Options:
" All images as one PDF"
"Each image as a PDF"
From Word, Excel, PPT, or CAD:
Tap the “From Word/Excel/PPT/CAD” option.
Go to the Tasks section on your device, select the file you want to convert.
Tap to complete the conversion.
Open SwifDoo PDF on your Android device.
Tap on the Tools tab in the bottom bar.
Locate and select the Compress feature.
From the "On this phone" section, choose the PDF file you want to compress.
Select the compression quality:
Less Quality, High Compression: Significantly reduces file size with lower quality.
Medium Quality, Good Compression: Provides a balance between file size and quality.
High Quality, Less Compression: Maintains higher quality with less reduction in file size.
Tap Compress. The process may take a few seconds, depending on the selected quality and file size.
After compression, tap to open the file and access your compressed PDF document.
Launch SwifDoo PDF on your Android device.
Tap the Tools tab at the bottom bar.
Find and tap on the Merge feature.
From the "On this Phone" section, select the PDF files you want to merge. You can select multiple files to combine into a single PDF.
Tap Merge to combine the selected PDFs into one document. The process may take a few seconds, depending on the number and size of the files.
After merging, tap to open the file and access the newly created PDF document.
Launch SwifDoo PDF on your Android device.
Tap the Tools tab at the bottom bar.
Find and tap on the Split feature.
From the "On this Phone" section, select the PDF file you want to split.
Choose how you want to split the PDF.
Custom Splitting: Define a page range or specify the number of pages for each split section.
Split by Number of Pages: Automatically divide the PDF into segments with a specified number of pages per segment.
Tap Split to divide the selected PDF according to your chosen settings. The process may take a few seconds, depending on the file size and split options.
After splitting, tap to open each resulting file to access the separated PDF documents.
