COMPLAINT ABOUT PURCHASE OF SWIFDOO PDF PRO

We have your support.

Remember that you have the option of obtaining a complaint from the purchased SwifDoo PDF Pro software. Check if you meet the following conditions:

  • Purchased Two Plans? If the user has mistakenly purchased two plans under their account, we will help them refund one of the plans in full.
  • Having a Software Problem? 

a. For a subscription plan, if the user reports a software defect within the first seven (7) days, we will try to solve the problem in the next three (3) business days according to the details the user provided. If the problem cannot be handled within the 3 business days the user may request a refund.

b. For non-subscription or perpetual license, if the user complains about a bug in the application within the first thirty (30) days and applies for a refund, we will try to troubleshoot in the next fourteen (14) business days according to the details you send. If the problem still cannot be fixed within the 14 business days, SwifDoo will issue a refund.

c. For all the purchases, if the user refuses to cooperate with SwifDoo PDF support team for troubleshooting (e.g., refuses to provide details about the problem), SwifDoo PDF reserves to right to refuse to issue a refund.

  • Feeling Dissatisfied? Under no circumstances SwifDoo will provide refunds on "your software is not what I need" basis. Otherwise the purchased software has a bug, and no solution has been provided within 30 days after our support team provides email support and/or further assistance.
  • Missing Features? There's no difference between a bug and a feature request from the user's perspective. It may be confusing to determine what problem you need to address. keep in mind that missing features should not be considered bugs if you have a expectation that it should be in the software at that point.
  • Automatic Renewal? Your subscription begins as soon as your order is processed, and will automatically be renewed on the expiration date, with/without notice until you cancel. Your automatic renewal payment is refundable within 3 days and your pro service will continue after the latest auto-renewal until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Wrong Plan? If the user bought the wrong plan, we would assist the user in changing to the more appropriate plan and refund the difference. Or in the case of an upgrade, the user must pay the difference.
  • Wrong System? We will not issue a refund if the user did not read important information such as system requirements before purchasing a plan and failed to use the software on a supported OS. 
  • Third-party Resellers? Plans purchased from third-party resellers will not be refunded by SwifDoo. Please contact the dealer for a refund request.
  • Friendly Fraud Chargeback? Chargeback should be summarily denied if you haven't attempted to communicate with us before disputing a purchase. In the event of a negative response for a refund request, you still have the right to appeal the decision. Filing a chargeback when you shouldn't can trigger unintended consequences. You'll almost certainly give up your chance of getting a refund.

To request a refund for a purchased Pro plan from SwifDoo PDF Online Store, please contact us via the email address: [email protected]. The customer support team will contact you within 1 business day.

Note: In the event of a positive response to the refund request, our consultant will calculate the refund due and contact you to refund the money. We will notify you when we have processed your refund request or if we need additional information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE REFUND? 

Our customer support team will usually contact you within 1 business day after receiving the request. If the circumstances meet the requirements for a refund, then after they have been confirmed by the support personnel, we will start processing your refund.

Once the refund process has been started the actual refund time depends on your payment method, generally 3-7 business days by PayPal, 7-30 days by a Visa or MasterCard. The refund processing time will be longer than expected during holidays. The refund will go back to the same payment method you initially used.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In accordance with your license and services agreement, upon receipt of a refund, the software may be automatically deactivated and rendered inoperable to prevent further use of the software. You must delete all copies of the software covered by the refunded subscriptions.
